·         How to make:

5.    Fold it into three stacked equally large, then flatten again until it is a rectangular shape of 1 cm thick. Wrap it with plastic, let stand for 30 minutes.
6.    Repeat step 4 as much as 3 times but at the end, roll the dough until it becomes a long tube diameter of 5cm. Cut-cut the dough 2cm thick.
