Ingredients of churros
dough:
250 ml of water
100 g butter or margarine
1/2 tsp salt
175 g wheat flour proteins are being

500 ml vegetable oil for frying

Sprinkles sifted:
100 g refined sugar (doughnut sugar)
1 tbsp Kayu Manis powder

Sauce:
250 ml thick cream
150 g dark chocolate, finely chopped
1 tsp instant coffee powder

How to make:
1. The dough churros: buttery butter, water, and salt to boil. Reduce heat
and then remove wheat flour at once, stir until proof, lift and let stand until
warm. Put eggs one by one while stirring until the dough is flat and slippery.
Put the dough into a triangular plastic with a star impossible tip.
2. Heat oil over medium heat until hot enough (do not overheat), spray
dough churros directly into the frying pan with a length + 10 cm (use the help
of scissors or spatula to cut the dough)
3. Fry until brownish yellow, lift and drain. Work until the dough runs
out. Roll the churros into the sprinkling material.
4. Sauce: Heat the condensed cream to the boil, lift then input the chopped
dark chocolate and instant ground coffee, mix well and smooth. Serve churros
with sauce.
