Donut Puff

·         Materials:

1-liter oil for frying

·         Content:

200 ml Full cream liquid milk
60 g granulated sugar
30 g cornstarch
2 egg yolks
1/2 tsp vanilla flavor
20 g butter
100 g whipping cream or whipped cream (weigh when finished cream)

·         Donut Puff Dough:

400 g high protein wheat flour
100 g wheat flour proteins are being
60 g granulated sugar
50 g butter
11 g (1 sachet) instant yeast
2 egg yolks
27 g (1 sachet) milk powder
5 g (1 tsp) salt
250 ml of ice water
250 pastry margarine or other folding fat

·         How to make:

7.    Completion: Split the middle part of the donut puff so that it is equally thick, spray the contents then close again. Decorate the top to taste with topping material.
