Pie Broccoli Mini

·         Materials:

250 g multipurpose wheat flour/moderate protein
1/2 tsp salt
50 g parmesan cheese or grated edam
150 g cool butter, diced
3 tbsp cold water

2 cloves garlic, chopped

·         Topping:

·         How to make:
