Chocolate Pizza


Basic Pizza and Brioche Recipes
        Materials

500 High protein wheat flour
30 g granulated sugar
11 g instant yeast
250-280 ml of water
2 tbsp olive oil can be replaced with vegetable cooking oil
5 g salt


        How to make:

1.    Mix and stir the average flour, sugar, and instant yeast, add water little by a little while stirring until the dough blends
2.    Add salt and olive oil, kneading it into an elastic dough and not hardened. The dough may be a little sticky if too sticky sprinkle a little wheat flour.
3.    Round the dough, cover with a plastic wrap, let stand for 60 minutes or until it expands doubling. Mix the dough, after which the dough is ready to be formed and given toppings according to taste.

        Topping

200 ml thick cream
250 g dark chocolate, finely chopped
Assorted sweets, confectionery, pastries, wafers, marshmallows, ready to buy, to taste


        How to make:

1.    Prepare the basic dough, prepare two short round pan with a diameter of 25 cm. Apply the surface with a thin, thin butter. Flatten the fermented pizza dough (first fermentation), round flat shape with a diameter equal to baking pan.
2.    Put the dough into a baking pan, with plastic, let stand for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven at a temperature of 180oC. Puncture the dough surface with a fork then bake for 20 minutes or until golden yellow. Pick up and chill.
3.    After the ripe dough and cold prepare chocolate ganache: Heat a creamy cream, remove and input dark chocolate, stir until melted and blended evenly. Let stand briefly until somewhat thickened.
4.    Pour chocolate ganache, flatten and spring various toppings on it. Store in the refrigerator until the moment will be presented. Cut pieces before serving.
