Onion and Cheese Pizza Cup


Basic Pizza and Brioche Recipes
  • Materials

500 High protein wheat flour
30 g granulated sugar
11 g instant yeast
250-280 ml of water
2 tbsp olive oil can be replaced with vegetable cooking oil
5 g salt

  • How to make:

1.   Mix and stir the average flour, sugar, and instant yeast, add water little by a little while stirring until the dough blends
2.   Add salt and olive oil, kneading it into an elastic dough and not hardened. The dough may be a little sticky if too sticky sprinkle a little wheat flour.

  • Topping:

  • How to make:

1.    Toppings: Heat the butter, stir-fry the onions until wilted, input the bacon, mushrooms, salt, pepper, and oregano powder, stir stir until blended. Lift and let stand until warm.
