Basic Pizza and Brioche Recipes
- Materials
500 High protein wheat flour
30 g granulated sugar
11 g instant yeast
250-280 ml of water
2 tbsp olive oil can be replaced with
vegetable cooking oil
5 g salt
- How to make:
1. Mix and stir the average flour, sugar, and instant yeast, add water
little by a little while stirring until the dough blends
2. Add salt and olive oil, kneading it into an elastic dough and not
hardened. The dough may be a little sticky if too sticky sprinkle a little
wheat flour.
3. Round the dough, cover with a plastic wrap, let stand for 60 minutes or
until it expands doubling. Mix the dough, after which the dough is ready to be
formed and given toppings according to taste.
- Content:
2 tbsp olive oil
50 g onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
300 g beef sausage, sliced as thick as 0.5 cm
100 g mold studs cans, drain, thinly sliced
300 g potatoes, peeled, steamed half-baked,
cut boxes 1 cm
100 g tomatoes, coarsely chopped
3 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp butter
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp oregano powder
1 tsp granulated sugar
100 g Mozzarella cheese, diced 1 cm
- Topping:
1 egg yolk mixed with 3 tbsp liquid milk
50 g cheddar cheese, grated
- How to make:
1. Make a fill first: Heat the olive oil, stir-fry the onion and garlic to
wither and fragrant, put sausage, mushrooms, and potatoes, cook while stirring
until blended. Put the chopped tomatoes and all the rest of the ingredients
except the Mozzarella cheese, stir briefly, lift from the flames. Let stand
until cold.
2. Skin: Prepare the dough pizza, weigh each 60 gram, cover with plastic,
let stand for 30 minutes. Prepare a short pan, apply with butter to taste.
Flatten the pizza dough into a circular shape. Give stuffing to taste and
mozzarella cheese, folding and shape like pastel.
3. Put it in a baking pan, apply its surface with egg yolks and sprinkle
grated cheddar cheese. Cover with plastic and let stand for 1 hour. Preheat the
oven with a temperature of 180oC. Bake Calzone for 20 minutes or
until golden yellow. Pick up and serve warmly.
