Almond Brownie - Cocoa

·         For a 20 x 20 cm mold:

70 g butter
120 g coconut sugar (or other sugar)
50 ml strong coffee (or decaf or milk)
65 g unsweetened cocoa powder
3 large eggs
140 g almond powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
30 g crushed almonds
20 g chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 180oC.

Melt the butter.
Add the sugar to the hot butter, mix well. Add coffee, or milk, then sifted cocoa. Mix well. Allow cooling for 5 minutes.
Combine almond powder and baking powder.

Stir eggs into cocoa mixture and powders.
Pour into a buttered pan or coated with baking paper.
Divide the crushed almonds and chocolate chips on the surface.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
Check the cooking with a toothpick or the tip of a knife, after 15 minutes: it should come out dry. Otherwise, prolong the cooking a little.
