Chocolate rocks, lace pancakes - amaretti

For a dozen:
160 g pastry milk chocolate
40 g dark chocolate pastry 65%
50 g hazelnut spread
30 g amaretti
50 g lace pancakes
You can replace amaretti with lace pancakes
Coarsely crush the cookies.
Melt 2 chocolates in a double boiler. Add the
spread. Pour into a container. Allow cooling for 10 minutes then add the
crumbled cookies and mix well.
Place small piles of preparation on a tray or
baking sheet, covered with film paper or baking paper. Allow hardening. I
kicked them out to speed things up a little bit;)
Keep cool.
Truffles with 2 chocolates - cream cheese

For 2 dozen small
truffles (or 12 large):
150 g cream cheese (Philadelphia type)
90 g dark chocolate pastry at 65%
90 g pastry milk chocolate
70 g hazelnut spread
A few squares of grated chocolate to coat
Remove the cream cheese and put it in a bowl,
30 minutes before so that it is in the room.
Melt the 2 chocolates in a double boiler. Add
the spread. Allow to cool for about 10 minutes, then mix carefully with the
cream cheese.
Pour into a 20 x 20 cm dish. Store for at
least 3 hours in the refrigerator.
Cut into 12 or 24 servings. Roll them into a
ball and then into the grated chocolate.
Store in the refrigerator.
