Clafoutis with apples - fresh grapes

·         For a mold 20 cm in diameter or 4 to 6 ramekins:

2 apples
200 g fresh grapes (muscat for me)
400 g white cheese (% MG of your choice)
50 g cornstarch (or T 45 flour)
2 eggs
60 g sugar - to sprinkle
1 tsp vanilla extract
Butter for the mold

I find the texture - pleasant with the starch
Preheat the oven to 180oC.
In a bowl, whisk together white cheese, sugar, vanilla extract and starch. Add eggs one at a time, stirring each additional ingredient.
Divide the mixture among the pan, or the ramekins, generously buttered.
Peel and seed the apples. Arrange the quarters on the clafoutis by pushing them a little. Divide the grapes.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes for a large or about 25 minutes for small ones.
Sprinkle with sugar as soon as you leave the oven.
I prefer to serve it very fresh, after a night in the fridge.
