Coffee Chocolate Mung Bean Dessert


·         Ingredients :


120 g mung bean flour
200 g sugar
900 ml of coconut milk
2 tsp instant coffee
20 g chocolate powder
1/4 tsp salt


·         How to make :

1.    Cook all the ingredients, except coffee and chocolate, to boil and set aside.
2.    Lift from the fire, instant coffee, and chocolate Gelatine thawed using boiling air.
3.    Pour the coffee-chocolate mixture slowly into the flour mixture, but do not mix it evenly to get a nice pattern. Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate it.
4.    Serve with fruit cocktail.
