Open Chicken Pie


·         Ingredients

For The Mass:
500 G Wheat Flour
125 G Pork Lard
3 Eggs
Salt To Taste
Pepper Calabrese A Gosto
Water


·         For The Filling:

1 Kg Shredded Chicken
1 Tablespoon Of Olive Oil
1/2 Onion
1 Skinless Tomato
1/4 Cup (Tea) Grated Carrot
1/4 Cup (Tea) Green Corn
2 Tablespoons (Soup) Tomato Sauce
Salt To Taste
200 G De Curd
Salsa A Gosto

·         For Assembly:

50 G Grated Parmesan



·         Preparation

1.    For the pasta: Add all the ingredients in a bowl and stir with your hands until a homogeneous dough forms. If necessary, add water until the dough loosens from your hands.
2.    With the table floured, open the dough with a roll of noodles. Arrange the dough in a round shape and cut the excess edges. Pierce the bottom of the dough with a fork. Book.
3.    For the Filling: In a heated frying pan, sauté the onion until transparent. Add chicken, tomatoes, carrots, corn, tomato sauce and salt. Stir well until the vegetables cook a little. Add the curd and sprinkle parsley on top. Reserve the filling and wait to cool.
4.    For assembly: In the form with the dough, place all the filling. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and baked in a preheated oven at 280ºC for 20 minutes or until gratin.
