Olive oil cookies and rosé grape

170 g T 65 flour
80 g blond sugar - to coat
50 ml of olive oil
50 ml rosé or white grape
4 g baking powder
1 tsp grain anise
Preheat the oven to 180oC.
In a container, combine flour, baking powder,
anise, and sugar. Make a well and pour in the olive oil and grape. Mix until
smooth.
It should be soft, neither too soft nor too
dry. Add a little flour, or grape, if necessary.
Form small dough puddings 10 cm long and about
0.5 cm in diameter and then join the ends to form circles. Roll them in
powdered sugar and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Bake for about 20 minutes.
Allow cooling on a wire rack.
Store in an airtight box.
