Edit
6 pears
100 g hard amaretti
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp Amaretto liqueur or other flavors
Lemon
Pears hold up better if they are not peeled.
It's better to choose them organically.
Preheat the oven to 180oC.
Cut the pears in half, remove the seeds and
the fibrous part with a Parisian spoon, or teaspoon. Dig a small cavity so you
can put the stuffing in it. Keep the flesh salvaged to add to the stuffing.
Lemonize the pears so they don't turn black.
Crush the pear flesh with a fork. Add coarsely
crushed amaretti, cocoa, and amaretto. Mix well.
Arrange the pears flat in a large dish. Stuff
them with the mixture and pour 1/2 glass of water into
the bottom of the dish.
Bake for about 35 minutes. More or less depending
on your oven and the variety of pears.
They can be enjoyed warm or cold.
