Apple cake, compote and olive oil


·         For a mold 20 cm in diameter:


2 jars of T 110 flour - 130 g
1 jar of almond powder - 50 g
1 jar of blond sugar - 120 g - to sprinkle
1/2 jar of orange jam - 70 g
1 1/2 jars of applesauce - 180 g
1/2 jar of olive oil - 50 g
1/2 tsp baking powder
3 eggs
3 small apples


Preheat the oven to 180oC.
Combine flour, almond powder, and baking powder.
In a container, beat eggs with sugar and jam. Add the compote and olive oil, mixing well between each addition.
Stir in flour/powders.
Pour into a buttered pan lightly sprinkled with sugar.
Peel and seed the apples. Cut them into strips and arrange them on the surface of the cake.
Bake for about 40-45 minutes.
As soon as you leave the oven, sprinkle with a little sugar.
