Ingredients
3 apples
0.5 sachet of yeast
9 cl milk
15 cl of oil
100 g of flour
180 g sugar
3 eggs

Preparation
1. Peel the apples and cut them into slices.
2. In a plastic, bowl beat the eggs with the sugar to double the volume.
Add the flour (which already contains yeast), alternating with oil and milk.
3. Add the chopped apples and mix with a whisk very gently.
4. Pour into a silicone mold.
5. Bake 35 to 40 min at 180 ° C (Th 6).
