Coffee and chocolate: the perfect combo! This soft cake is a gourmet snack or dessert!

1 lb soft butter
1 3/4 cups sugar
8 eggs
3 cups of flour
1 1/2 tsp. tablespoon baking powder
6 c. tablespoons instant coffee
4 c. ml of hot water (divided into 2)
2 c. tablespoons cocoa
1 cup dark or milk quality chocolate chips, halved (divided)

Preheat the oven to 325 ° F. Butter and flour a Bundt mold, set aside.
In a hand mixer or stand mixer, whip the butter with the sugar for 2-3 minutes.
Add the eggs 1 to 1 and mix well between each addition.
Add the flour and baking powder and mix well.
Reserve 1 cup of cake mix, add cocoa previously diluted with 2 tsp. hot water and set aside.
Add the coffee, previously diluted with 2 tsp. hot water in the rest of the cake maker.
Pour half of this coffee mixture into the Bundt mold and spread it a little on the sides so that you can put the chocolate machine on top. Add 1/2 cup of chocolate chips in the center.
Pour the rest of the coffee maker on top.
Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until the tip of a knife or toothpick comes out clean.
Wait 5 minutes before unmolding and let cool for about 30 minutes at room temperature.
Melt the rest of the chocolate chips in the microwave, in 15-second strokes, and stir each time until it is homogeneous.
Pour the melted chocolate over the cake, letting it run a little on the sides to decorate.
