Preparation
To make the English carrot cake, start
preparing the carrots:
and grate them finely
you will have to get 330 g. Then pour the
brown sugar into the mixer bowl with a whisk

minutes, until you have obtained a foamy mixture

Take the smallest part of marzipan and color
it by adding 1 drop of green dye. and working it with your hands, until a
uniform color is obtained. At this point form the carrots using 5 grams of
orange marzipan for each piece. Helping you with your fingers given each part
of marzipan a tapered shape similar to that of carrots.
Then divide the green part into pieces of
