·         Ingredients:

150 g of whole wheat flour
2 large carrots
two tablespoons of bitter cocoa
a spoonful of Chia seeds
70 g of brown sugar
a glass and a half of soy milk
a spoonful of extra virgin olive oil
a teaspoon of baking soda
a teaspoon of cinnamon
a pinch salt
a teaspoon of organic oats
two spoons of sultanas
Tools: a glass bowl, grater, and a round oven tray.

·         How to prepare it

In a glass bowl put the powders: flour, cocoa, cinnamon, sugar, baking soda, salt, and Chia seeds and mix. Then put the liquids, soy milk, and oil, introduce them in the boule and mix them with the previous ingredients.
