·         Preparation

To make morsels of carrot bread, first, check. carrots and then peel them, At this point grate them with a grater using the narrowest holes, collect the mince in a bowl and keep it aside.
Dissolve the yeast in the water at room temperature, then add the flour in a large bowl, then pour the water here and stir with the fork to make it absorb.
Then add the 150 g of grated carrots, salt, and olive oil.
Knead directly in the bowl with your hands to collect all the ingredients well, then transfer the mixture onto a pastry board and continue to knead until you get a smooth dough.
Form a ball, grease a large glass bowl with oil, lay the dough here, cover with plastic wrap and leave to rise for 40 minutes in a warm place away from drafts.
After this time, take back your dough, flour the pastry board, place the dough here and roll it out with a rolling pin to a thickness of 3-4 cm.
With a tarot, cut strips of dough vertically, and then horizontal to obtain many pieces of different shapes. Place the morsels obtained on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Garnish with the remaining chopped carrots and bake in a preheated static oven at 180 ° for 25 minutes on the medium-low shelf of the oven. When cooked, take the pan out of the oven and let it cool down. Your morsels of carrot bread are ready to be enjoyed!
