Coffee Cake Muffins

·         Ingredients

250 g flour
2 tablespoons ground coffee (not freeze-dried)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of food baking soda
1 egg
100 g sugar
125 g very soft butter
100 g heavy cream
50 ml of Kahlùa
100 ml of milk

·         For the frosting:

150 g cottage cheese
3 tablespoons icing sugar
60 ml of Kahùa

·         Preparation

1.    Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and ground coffee.
2.    Beat the egg, add the sugar, the heavy cream, the 50 ml of Kahlùa a the milk, and stir in the previous mixture based on flour.
3.    Divide the dough into buttered muffin tins (unless they are made of silicone).
4.    Bake 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 ° C.
5.    Then let cool 5 minutes, unmold and let cool completely.

·         Prepare the icing:

Mix the Fromage blanc, the Kahlùa, and the icing sugar well and coat the muffins.
