INGREDIENTS
Vegetable spray
Canned pears (halves), drained 796 ml
Granulated white sugar 80 ml / 70 g
2 Eggs
Vanilla extract 5 ml
A pinch
Cell
All-purpose flour 80 ml / 45 g
Partly skimmed milk 2% fat 180 ml
PREPARATION
Store the rack in the oven. Preheat the
conventional oven to 180 ° C (350 ° F). Spray the pie plate with vegetable
spray.
Place the pears side-by-side in the bottom of
the plate, flat side down. Reserve.
In a large bowl, combine the sugar, eggs,
vanilla, and salt.
Gradually add the flour and then the milk. Mix
well with a whisk to obtain a smooth and homogeneous preparation (pass through
a sieve if necessary).
Pour the preparation over the pears.
Bake in the conventional oven for about 35
minutes or until the center of the clafoutis is firm and the top is golden.
Let cool before cutting.
VARIANT
Replace the pears with canned peaches or
frozen raspberries or blueberries.
