Easy Carrot Cake Recipe

·         Ingredients for 6 people

250 g Grated carrots
120 g Semi-salted butter
120 g Brown sugar
200 g Flour
50 g Walnut kernels
1 sachet baking powder
0.5 tsp. Coffee Cinnamon powder

·         Preparation steps

1.    Preheat the oven to 150 ° C.
2.    Melt the butter in the microwave.
