Easy Coffee Cake

Ingredients
3 oeufs
200 g of simple muscovado sugar for me
120 g soft butter
200 g farine
3 c. of good quality strong coffee 3 cases of
hot water in which I dissolve 3 teaspoons of Nescafe
3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
A pinch of salt
A pinch of vanilla powder or a sachet of
vanilla sugar
Two teaspoons, shaved, baking powder

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
2. Start by beating sugar and butter with an electric whisk
3. add the coffee and vanilla,
4. continue beating for two minutes then add the eggs one by one,
continuing to beat.
5. In a bowl, mix, flour, salt, yeast, and cocoa powder.
6. Gradually add to the first mixture and stir with a wooden spatula until
a very homogeneous mixture is obtained.
7. Butter a cake pan, sprinkle with cocoa, shake the pan to get rid of the
extra, and pour the dough.
8. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, check the cooking with a knife, take out and
let cool before turning out.
9. Sprinkle with icing sugar before serving and enjoy.
