Ingredients 6-8 servings
400 g carrots
200 g wholemeal flour
3 eggs
100 g coconut oil
120 g coconut blossom sugar
100 g nut and almond mixture
½ sachet of yeast
Grated coconut

Preparation:
1. 10 min of preparation + 60 min of cooking = 1 hour 10
2. Peel the carrots with a peeler, and make grated carrots
3. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C
4. In a chopper (if you have one), coarsely mix the nuts and almonds
5. In a bowl, combine the flour, eggs, sugar, and oil
