Homemade Carrot Cake Recipe with Butter

200 g Carrots
4 eggs
200 g sugar
100 ml sunflower oil
100 ml Orange juice
300 g flour
1 sachet Yeast for sweets
Icing sugar

·         Preparation

1.    To begin with, we wash and peel the carrots, then grate them with a wide-tooth grater.
2.    Then beat the eggs with the sugar and make the mixture nice frothy, then gradually add the oil, the orange juice and mix everything well.
3.    Slowly insert the flour and baking powder, mix everything well and then add the carrots.
4.    We take a diameter pan 24 and anoint with the release agent for baking pans made at home that I recommend because it will simplify this step soiling just a brush without fluttering flour everywhere to grease and flour, or you can simply butter and flour, or cover with parchment paper.
5.    Once this is done, pour the mixture and bake for about 45 -50 minutes at 180 ° with a static oven or 45-50 minutes 170 ° with a fan oven.
6.    Once cooked, take it out of the oven and let it cool before removing it from the pan.
7.    We put it on a serving plate and decorate with icing sugar.
