Homemade Carrot Cake


·         Ingredients (6 people)


2 eggs
250 g sugar
375 g grated carrots
160 ml of oil
1 pinch of salt
1 sachet of baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
250 g of flour

·         Preparation


1.    Read the recipe
2.    Preheat your oven to 160 °.
3.    Sift the flour with the yeast, the cinnamon, and the salt. Pour into a salad bowl.
4.    Mix the oil with the eggs and the sugar.
5.    Add the 2 mixes together, the dough will become very thick or difficult to work with, which is normal, it will be more manageable when you add the carrots).
6.    After mixing, add the carrots.
7.    Butter a mold and pour the dough into it.
8.    Bake 1 hour 25 minutes in the oven.
