whole wheat flour 500 ml
baking powder (baking powder) 10 ml
cinnamon 5 ml
ground clove 1,25 ml
2 beaten eggs    
pumpkin puree     250 ml
honey 125 ml
vegetable oil 60 ml
raisins 125 ml
roasted pumpkin seeds 30 ml

·         Preparation :

1.    The execution of this recipe by a child requires the supervision of an adult.
2.    Preheat the oven to 375 ° F (190 ° C). Oil a muffin pan.
3.    In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and cloves. Reserve.
4.    In another bowl, combine the eggs, pumpkin puree, honey, and vegetable oil.
5.    Add this mixture to the dry ingredients. Mix just enough to moisten.
6.    Add the raisins and pumpkin seeds. Mix.
7.    Place the preparation in the muffin pan.
8.    Bake for 15 to 20 minutes (or 10 to 12 minutes for mini muffins).
