Shuttles with anise seeds

For about 15 shuttles:
250 g flour
1 egg
80 g sugar
50 ml of olive oil
40 ml white wine
1 tbsp green anise seeds
Preheat the oven to 160oC.
Beat egg and sugar until the mixture whitens.
Add olive oil and white wine, mixing carefully. Stir in flour and anise seeds.
Cut a piece of dough. Roll it into a pudding
about 1.5 cm in diameter. Cut sections about 6 to 7 cm long. Pinch the tips to
give them a boat shape. Flatten them a little. Incent the center, with a horn
or knife, lengthwise. Spread the edges slightly. coat the baking sheet with
parchment paper, place it on top.
While you're shaping your shuttles, keep the
rest of the dough in a film paper so it doesn't dry out. Otherwise, your last
shuttles will be less smooth.
Bake for about 25 minutes. Adjust baking time
to the size of the cookies.
