Sour Cream Coffee Cake Recipe

Coffee cake with sour cream and chocolate chips - so easy and delicious! Perfect for breakfast or with ice cream for dessert !!! Cake mix, sour cream, vanilla pudding, eggs, oil, vanilla, chocolate chips, pecans, caramel pieces, sugar, and cinnamon. It can do in advance and store it in an airtight container. Freeze leftovers for a quick treat later!


·         Ingredients:

1 can of yellow cake mix
1 can (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding
1 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons of vanilla
4 eggs
1/2 cup of oil
1 cup of chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 cup of caramel pieces
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon


·         instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Spray a pan or tube mold with cooking spray with flour.
Mix the cake mix, vanilla pudding, sour cream, vanilla, eggs, and oil in a blender until well combined, about 2 minutes.
Mix the chocolate chips, pecans, caramel pieces, sugar, and cinnamon.
Roll out half the cake batter into the prepared pan. Sprinkle half of the chocolate chip mixture over the cake batter. Spread the rest of the cake batter in the pan. Garnish with the rest of the chocolate chip mixture.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, until a cake tester comes out dry.

·         NOTES:

Can use coconut and walnuts in streusel garnish.
Can freeze leftovers for quick processing later.
