The best carrot cake in the world - Carrot cake with almonds


·         Ingredients


Number of servings: 3
300 g in carrot pulite
250 of sugar
200 of clean almonds
100 g in farina
3 uova
1 glass of bitter almond liqueur
the peel of 1 lemon
1 sachet of vanillin
1 sachet of baking powder
vanilla sugar

·         Preparation


1.    Turn on the oven at 180 °. Put the chopped carrots, almonds, lemon peel into the glass of the food processor and start the machine.
2.    Chop very well and then add the other ingredients in the following order: sugar, eggs, flour, liqueur, vanillin, 2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar, yeast.
3.    Allow a few minutes to pass between the insertion of one ingredient and the other. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the obtained mixture.
4.    Bake in the oven already at the right temperature and cook for about 30 minutes. Check the right cooking with a toothpick. When cooked, with the cake still hot, sprinkle with vanilla sugar to taste
