Just whip all the ingredients in a bowl, decorate with many slices of apple in a radius andin 15 minutes it is ready to bake ! From this base you can create numerous variations ! that you find among the ingredients, all tested successfully! The result is amazing: a soft apple pie, sometimes creamy thanks to the fruit that releases all the juice and flavor when cooked ! From the heady scent and extraordinary goodies ! Quantity for 8 people - 1 openable mold 24 cm diameter
3 apples (renette, pink lady or the ones you prefer)
200 gr at Farina '00
50 gr of melted butter (or 50 gr of sunflower oil)
150 gr of granulated sugar
2 large eggs at room temperature
200 ml of cooking cream (which you can replace with the same amount of ricotta, Greek yogurt, mascarpone, or 120 g of milk) at room temperature)
1 sachet of baking powder (16 g)
1 sachet of vanillin or the seeds of a vanilla bean or vanilla extract
grated lemon peel (optional)
2 tablespoons of vanilla icing sugar + 1 large teaspoon of ground cinnamon (before baking)
1 tablespoon of icing sugar (to dust the baked cake)


How to make Fluffy Apple Pie
First of all, whip the eggs with sugar and vanilla very well with the help of the electric whips and if you want lemon peel, for at least 3 minutes at very high speed, until you get a frothy and light mixture.
Then add the cold melted butter, or the oil and continue to mix with the whisk.
Finally, spoon the flour, previously mixed with the sifted yeast, alternating it with the spoons of cream at room temperature. Always stir at medium speed, until the ingredients run out. The raw dough must be full-bodied, velvety, not liquid nor too fluid! If you have respected the doses, it will be exactly like this:
Then wash the apples, dry them, peel them and cut them into slices. Finally, insert the dough in an opening pan, previously buttered and floured. Level the dough so that there are no bumps.
Finally arrange the slices of apple in a radius, starting from the outside, sinking them slightly:
Finally, after the first round of apples, make a second round and finally to the third, where you will place the apples in the center. Occupy all available spaces, trying to keep the "design" concentric, leaving the last apples slightly higher, without sinking them too much!Sprinkle the surface of your apple pie with the mixture just made. Don't leave empty spaces!

Perfect cooking of the Apple Pie

Bake your apple pie in a static oven, hot, in the central part at 180 ° for about 45 minutes. The time is indicative and can change a few minutes depending on the oven you have, always do the toothpick test before turning out the dessert.
Remove from the oven, open the pan and let your soft apple pie cool  out of the mold for at least 30 minutes.
