Edit
Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 40 minutes
Difficulty: Very easy
Portions: 6 people
for a 22 mold:
250 g 00 flour
250 g Ricotta
150 g sugar
50 ml latte
2 eggs
1 sachet Baking powder
2 Mele / apples
to decorate:
Sugar cane
Icing sugar
Put the flour in a bowl together with the ricotta, eggs, milk, and sugar and mix to mix all the mixture.
Finally, add the baking powder and mix so that there are no lumps. A spoon is also fine.
Peel the apples and cut them into cubes and slices.
Put the diced apple directly into the cake dough and mix it with the rest of the mixture for the ricotta and apple pie.
Pour the mixture into a baking tray with parchment paper or oiled or buttered or with the DISCONNECT FOR TRAYS and level the surface.
Decorate the surface with the other apple peeled and cut into thin slices.
Sprinkle the surface of the cake with brown sugar and bake the ricotta and apple pie in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 35/40 minutes.
Always do the toothpick test to check if it is cooked.
Once the ricotta and apple pie has completely cooled, you can sprinkle with icing sugar.
You can replace ricotta with just as much Philadelphia or yogurt.
You can replace apples with pears.
You can replace brown sugar with granulated sugar.
If it should cook too externally and not yet be cooked inside, put a sheet of silver paper on top, lower the temperature of the oven, and continue cooking.
