Apple Pie Filling Cake

Ancient apple Pie Ingredient

500 grams grated apple
200 gr Flour Type 00
1 egg
150 g sugar
50 gr cocoa Powder Bitter
1 Sachet of yeast
Lemon rind


Grate the apples and add to flour. Add the lemon peel, sugar, brown, and egg yolks. The last ingredient yeast.

Whisk the egg whites until stiff and add to the dough. Mix everything gently from top to bottom so as not to unload the egg whites.

Bake in a heated oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
